Sometimes quartz distracts from the beauty of a Lake Superior Agate; but never when the quartz is purple. I think I have had two lakers containing amethyst in the past but never one like this. This beauty is a fully banded pink and orange fortification agate, with a full pocket of amethyst crystals in the top! Many of our customers treasure agates with crystal centers, this amethyst crystal is such a surprise! This treasure is wire wrapped in 14/20 gold fill wires.

I was thinking of not even selling this wired wrapped gemstone as I may never find another one, but what the heck! Somebody is going to get a stunning gift. Striking is an understatement! You’d be hard pressed to find anything like this anywhere!
