This is a slim slice of greenstone with an average darker pattern. Quite a nice stone for the price, this could make a nice lost wax cast pendant. The greenstone, also known as chlorastrolite, is the state gem of Michigan and is found only is small select areas of the Keweenaw Peninsula or on Isle Royale National Park.
