Almost never do we have need for this policy, but in case you do, here it is!
Returns
The original purchaser may return any item purchased from us within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exceptions to this policy may apply to the Holiday Season. You may order a piece of jewelry early and the recipient does not receive the item until later in the holiday season. We can exchange for a similar item of your recipients’ choice. The purchaser is responsible for the mailing costs for the replacement jewelry.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund method will be paid by check or credit card refund, at our discretion. We will attempt to handle any refund requests in a timely manner.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4765 Ludlow Rd. SW, South Boardman, Michigan 49680. You are required to get an authorization from us. This allows us to anticipate the arrival of the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A deviation to this policy is if the item is defective, or we shipped the incorrect item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee delivery to us by the USPS or any other shippers (FedEx, UPS, and others) on your returned item. We suggest USPS Flat rate shipping which provides you with tracking information.
Our products are all carefully inspected and photographed prior to shipping for your and our protection. Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, so we can supply you with a tracking number.
