Sometimes it pays to have friends that know I love the unusual and/or rare rocks and minerals from the Copper Country. Several years back a friend was cutting float Copper, and hit an area within the float Copper that was filled with Quartz Crystals. I was able to acquire some of this rare stuff; actually so rare I did not know it existed.

I purchased all the exceptional pieces he had. Cutting Copper normally gums up saw blades, this was cut on a massive wire saw that very slowly wades through Copper, especially Float Copper.

I've been sitting on this material for several years, but was inspired when it re-appeared during an inventory search. This is an eye-catching piece, the copper is treated to inhibit tarnish, so it will have a copper look for a long time. The wire work is tarnish-resistant argentium silver and pink gold to accent the copper. Love it? Buy it!
