Don't you just love Crazy Lace Agate? The difficulty is to find the old stuff. the best pretty colorful stuff! I purchased some colorful old stock from a friend, and the rough produced some great cabochons. The really good old stuff occasionally had some Opal inclusions mixed with fortification banding. This is one of those special Mexican treasure.
I cut this into an attractive rectangle and wrapped it in Argentium Sterling and Pink (rose gold). The lower right front displays a high quality pink banded agate with Opal and a tube agate inclusion. It is a one-of-a-kind agate you will enjoy wearing again and again. Agate lover?
