The Greenstone in this pendant is from an Isle Royale collection many decades old. Isle Royale Greenstones have no competition for their color, pattern, and beauty. This stone is especially nice and made me smile when I cut it. A good percentage of this gemstone is comprised of Thomsonite, but what is unusual is the blocks of Greenstone, almost like they were a Calcite replacement at one time. I've not seen another Greenstone quite like this one. It has a nice size, cut into a pleasing shape, and wrapped simply in 14/20gold fill.
