From a decades old collection of Isle Royal Greenstones we recently acquired; this one stood out in the crowd. I don't know whether to say this is a Thomsonite with Greenstone or a Greenstone with Thomsonite. either way is a great description. You already know that Island Stones are the apex of Greenstones, but Island Stones often sport Zeolite inclusions, and the amout of Thomsonite in this stone is stunning. If your tastes run to a Greenstone (or Thomsonite) having unique qualities, this one is for you. I wrapped this in tarnish-resistant Argentium Sterling with just a hint of Pink Gold to bring out the lovely pink in this Gemstone. Love it? Buy it, it is one of a kind!
