There's nothing that calls to an agate lover like weird colors or patterns! This agate has very unusual blue gray base and pink/orange banding. The bands are wide, straight, and resemble flag striping more than agate banding! Pretty colors, tidy silver wire setting, and great rare qualities, make this a fun choice for the agate collector.

This was done as part of a "Hurricane" collection, jewelry made while waiting for a slow moving hurricane to land, storm and leave! While watching the weather channel, I named this Weather Radar because of some of the blue and pink/orange bands on the agate matched the weather radar during the hurricane!
This is not a classic striped Lake Superior Agate, but rather an unusual paint agate combined with odd coloring. In many years of cutting and admiring Agates, I have never seen a Laker like this! I love these unusual agates, and you will be happy with great jewelry that is one of a kind.
The wire wrap is tarnish-resistant Argentium wires.
