This one is an unusual white Lake Superior Agate of a type we collectors refer to as “peelers”. Peelers are distinguished by their wide banding as if layers could be peeled off (which they often are by glacial action). White “Lakers” are unusual in that they do not have an iron content like most lakers, leaving them with white, gray/tan coloring. Many people love the lighter look of these peelers, here it is generously wire wrapped in square and twisted 14/20 gold fill wires.
