Years ago the Tucson rock shows had piles of Ocean Jasper everywhere. Now the supply is mined out and the selection is much more limited. This piece was cut from a green piece, with a palest creamy pink streak through it. Only a couple little obicular marks hint that this is Ocean Jasper. This is smaller than many of our pendants.

Both square and twisted argentium silver wires are used to frame the stone. These double rows really set this piece off, they are not stingy with their appearance, for the size of the stone! The tarnish-resistant argentium silver contrasts nicely with the dark green, shining brightly. This is very nice wire work by master wire artist Don Reed.

Typically hearts might be more flowery--pink or shiny. This is a tasteful deviation from that trend. This Heart will serve you well as a gift. Add to your cart now!
