The orange and chrysocolla green colors of this rare Aspenite make it reminiscent of the Mexican area from which it comes. From a small deposit in Oro de Conception in north central Mexico this silcated limonite with chrysocolla was recently discovered. Simply wrapped in 14/20 gold and silver, the wire work is subdued to let the stone shine. Rare and unusual stones are what we are known for, and this fits the niche. If you like distinctive jewelry that no one else has, this could be it. This is the only piece I have!
