Isn't he darling? This is a natural stone beauty, a combination of Argentina Rhodochrosite and Kingman Mine Turquoise. Bonnie thought he looks like a Sawwhet owl, and Don thought he looked more like a Saw-Witless Owl! And Bonnie ordered the feet for him. He is truly one-of-a-kind. He's perfect for the person who likes cute but different natural stone jewelry!

Have you heard of the cute Saw-whet owl? Well, this piece of Rhodochrosite has been sitting around for a while, waiting for the right project! The Rhodochrosite stone is pale banded pink with two well-placed stalactite dark pink eyes. It is carefully wrapped in lots of gold and pink gold square wires. The Kingman Turquoise swings freely from the face, and is a lovely dark teal with black streaks, very unusual and attractive. All together, it seemd to make this little owl come to life.
The wire finish at the top looks like he is a rock star, careful not to have a hair out of place! He seems pretty spunky and we hope you don't mind us referring to him as Saw-Witless! Owl lovers, bird lovers, nature lovers enjoy this bit of whimsy!
We haven't had a creative piece like this come off our workbench in a while. If you adore him, please don't let him get away--he is one of a kind!
